Introduction

FUSST has an Information Resource Centre integrated with digital technology and electronic information resources. There is an active collection development program for all subjects, which are taught at the institute. The IRC has a very dynamic collection of books and research journals related to Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Social Sciences, Engineering Technology, English, Psychology, Media Sciences, Accounting & Finance, Aviation Management and Management Sciences. Besides this, IRC provides access to large number of digital resources on Internet.

FUSST supports its academic programs and research initiatives through a modern, state-of-the-art Information Resource Center (IRC), which is an indispensable source of information for faculty and students and contains one of the best collections of books in Pakistan on all academic disciplines comprising more than 35000 print books. It also subscribes to 50 foreign and local periodicals (research journals/magazines), online journals and books databases.

The Off-campus Library Services (OCLS) provides the postal delivery of printed resources (terms and conditions apply) and also ensures the dissemination of e-resources which includes the delivery of journal articles and e-books through e-mail. The library catalog is live (OPAC) and is accessible online for e-students to search the library holdings. So, they can remotely and easily access online databases of scholarly research journals and e-books.  NOTE: Library will remain closed on Friday for Prayer Break at 13:15 pm – 14:15 pm
